SHIPPING
Complimentary express shipping on orders over $150 USD. Orders are sent from Queensland, Australia. International orders may be subject to customs duties & taxes and are not included in the order or shipping.

Delivered within 3-5 business days. - Non-personalized Domestic orders (Australia):
Delivered within 1-3 business days. - All personalized orders (Domestic & International):
Please add an extra 3-7 business days to your delivery time. During Black Friday sale period personalized orders may require further additional time for processing.
RETURNS
We are pleased to offer returns for store credit. To be eligible, returns must be received by ALT within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original saleable condition with all tags intact, unwashed, and unworn. We do not cover the cost of postage on returns.
