How Long Does it Take to Deliver My Order?

Shipment/delivery time is separate, and depends on courier/delivery location.

Please note that during special offers, sale events or new collection launches you may experience up to 14 business day delays in receiving your order. The above times are also estimations provided by our couriers, which can change once the parcel leaves our warehouse.

What About Duties & Taxes?

All international packages may be subjected to customs duties and taxes. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer, and they are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Please check your local customs website for more information.

If you decide to not pay import duties or taxes and choose to reject the package, you will not be refunded for your order.

What if My Package is Lost or Stolen?

ALT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages delayed in transit. All the shipping costs for orders are non refundable. If you are experiencing problems with delivery, please contact the courier with your tracking number so that they can provide you with a proof of delivery.

Can I Cancel My Order Once the Parcel is Processed?

Orders cannot not be modified/canceled once the parcel has been processed.
