How does personalization work?
Choose your piece, select your font and thread colour, then add your initials, new last name, wedding date or whatever feels special to you.
Personalization is made to order, so allow an extra 3 to 7 business days on top of shipping. There are no returns on personalized products, so please check your details before you order.
I need my order for an event, will it arrive in time?
Orders leave our Gold Coast warehouse within 1 business day. Australia Post standard takes 2 to 7 business days, Australia Post express 1 to 3, and DHL Express worldwide 3 to 5.
Personalized pieces need an extra 3 to 7 business days. If your date is close, choose Rush Personalization for same-day embroidery on eligible styles ordered before 12pm AEST.
Is the white swim see-through when wet?
No. Our white swim is triple-lined so it stays opaque in and out of the water. Colours and prints are double-lined.
How do I find the right size?
Every product page has a size guide with the measurements for that style.
