Returns are provided in the form of store credit (gift card) and will be delivered to you via email once your return has been processed.

ALT Return Policy

We strive to provide a fast and comfortable return procedure.

In order for a return to be accepted your order must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in original condition, with all tags and hygiene stickers remaining in place.
  • Swimwear must be tried on over your own underwear.
  • Product cannot be damaged, worn, washed, or altered in any other way.
  • Product cannot be personalized.
  • Product cannot be purchased on sale.

Due to hygiene purposes, we reserve the right to not accept returns if we deem any of these conditions voided.

Please attach a receipt or its copy to the return package - if not possible please include order number and return number with the package to avoid problems upon us receiving your return.

Return shipping is at customer expense.

We do not offer refunds. Once your return has been processed, a store credit (gift card) to the value of your purchase (excluding shipping costs) will be delivered to you via email.
