Duties and Taxes
US orders ship domestically from our Texas hub. No customs duties or import taxes apply.
For all other destinations, customs duties, import taxes, and government levies vary by country and order value. These charges are the customer's responsibility. ALT has no control over them and cannot predict or cover the cost. We recommend checking your country's import duty threshold before ordering.
Packages refused at customs due to unpaid duties cannot be refunded and will be treated as abandoned.
Order Processing
US orders placed on weekdays are typically dispatched within one business day. For personalised orders, see Personalisation.
International orders via DHL Express:
- Before 12pm AEST on weekdays: same-day processing
- After 12pm AEST on weekdays: processed the next business day
- Weekends: processed the following Monday
Dispatch times may extend during peak sale periods.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are typically mid-production at the time of purchase. Your estimated wait time is shown on the product page. Pre-orders are dispatched as soon as production is complete.
Cancellations and Modifications
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once processing has begun.
