ALT AIR Travel Giveaway: Official Terms & Conditions

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

1. The Promoter. The ALT AIR Travel Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is run by ALT Swim Pty Ltd (ACN 676 950 306), 2B/11 Commercial Drive, Ashmore QLD 4214, Australia ("ALT" or the "Promoter"). By entering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the Promoter's decisions, which are final on all matters relating to the Giveaway.

2. RIMOWA disclaimer. RIMOWA does not sponsor, endorse or administer this Giveaway and is not associated with it. The RIMOWA name is used only to identify the prize.

3. Entry period. The Giveaway opens at 9:00 AM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 and closes at 11:59:59 PM AEST on Thursday, November 5, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). The Promoter's clock is the official timekeeper. Entries received outside the Entry Period are not valid.

4. Eligibility. The Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or over (or the age of majority where they live, if higher) at the time of entry who are residents of the United States (50 states and DC), Canada (excluding Quebec), the United Kingdom, Ireland, or Australia (excluding the Australian Capital Territory). The following people are not eligible:

• employees, officers and directors of ALT, its related companies and its agencies, and their immediate family and household members

• residents of any other country or region

Entries from people who are not eligible are void, including entries generated automatically by an order.

5. How to enter. There are two ways to enter. Both carry equal weight in the draw.

(a) Place an eligible order. An eligible order is any completed, paid order placed at altswim.com (including the Australian store) during the Entry Period, including orders for ALT gift cards. Eligible orders are entered automatically, so you do not need to submit an order number. The entrant is the name and email address on the order, and for gift orders that means the purchaser. Orders placed through wholesale, stockists or third-party marketplaces are not included. Entries are no longer valid if the order is later cancelled, returned, or refunded. To be removed from the draw, email hello@altswim.com.

(b) Free entry. Complete the free entry form at https://www.altswim.com/pages/giveaway-entry during the Entry Period with your first and last name, email address and country of residence. You must also confirm you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these Terms & Conditions. You do not need to make a purchase, create an account or sign up for marketing.

6. Entry limits. Each eligible order counts as one entry and each free form submission counts as one entry. Each person may receive a maximum of one (1) order entry and one (1) free entry per calendar day (AEST), and no more than twenty-four (24) entries in total across both methods. Purchase and free entries are treated identically in the draw. Entries over the limit, or made using multiple email addresses, fake identities or automated means, are void.

7. Social media. Following @altswim, or liking, commenting on, tagging friends in, or sharing any ALT social media post, is optional and does not count as an entry.

8. The prize. One (1) winner will receive:

• one (1) RIMOWA Original Cabin suitcase in Silver, approximate retail value (ARV) $1,550 USD, ordered from RIMOWA and delivered directly to the winner

• one (1) $500 USD ALT gift card, redeemable at altswim.com. It is valid for 365 days from the date it's issued, in line with ALT's standard gift card terms, and cannot be redeemed for cash. If the winner lives in Australia, the gift card will be issued on ALT's Australian store in AUD, at the equivalent of $500 USD on the date it's issued.

Total ARV is $2,050 USD. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. If the advertised suitcase becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. ALT will pay for delivery of the suitcase and any customs duties or import taxes charged on it. Orders the winner places using the gift card are subject to ALT's standard shipping, duties and taxes policies.

The winner is responsible for any costs or expenses not included in this prize description, including any cost of changing the suitcase's colour or model, or of delivering it to a different address or country.

9. Prize delivery and warranty. The suitcase is supplied and delivered by RIMOWA. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for a prize that is lost, damaged or delayed in delivery. Any fault or defect with the suitcase is covered by RIMOWA's manufacturer warranty, and the winner must make any warranty claim directly with RIMOWA. Nothing in this section limits any rights the winner has under applicable consumer law.

10. Winner selection. One (1) winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on or about Monday, November 9, 2026, using a verifiable random selection method (for example random.org). Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.

11. Winner notification and verification. The winner will be contacted by email at the address on their order or entry form within three (3) business days of the draw. To claim the prize, the winner must reply within seven (7) days with their delivery address and confirm they meet the eligibility requirements. If the winner is a US resident, the Promoter may also ask them to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 for tax reporting.

Canadian residents must also correctly answer a simple mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance, before being confirmed as the winner.

If the winner does not respond in time, cannot be contacted, is ineligible or does not meet these requirements, they forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be drawn.

12. Taxes. The winner is responsible for all taxes associated with the prize, other than the customs duties and import taxes ALT pays under section 8. If the winner is a US resident, the Promoter may report the value of the prize to the IRS on Form 1099-MISC where required.

13. Winner announcement and publicity. The winner's first name and country may be announced on @altswim Instagram Stories. Where permitted by law, accepting the prize gives consent for ALT to use the winner's first name, city or state, country and Instagram handle to promote the Giveaway, without additional compensation.

14. Privacy. ALT collects entrant information to run the Giveaway, as set out in its Privacy Policy. People who use the free entry form will only receive marketing emails from ALT if they tick the separate, optional marketing box. Customers placing an order keep whatever marketing preferences they already have. You can unsubscribe at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct or delete your information.

15. General conditions. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, breaks these Terms & Conditions or acts fraudulently. If fraud, technical failure or anything else beyond its reasonable control affects the Giveaway's fairness, the Promoter may cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete or misdirected.

16. Release and limitation of liability. By entering, you release ALT and its related companies, officers, employees and agents from liability for any loss, injury or damage arising from the Giveaway or the prize, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, you waive any right to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or legal costs, other than your actual out-of-pocket costs of entering the Giveaway. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or your local consumer protection laws.

17. Instagram and Meta disclaimer. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any liability connected with the Giveaway.

18. Governing law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Your local mandatory consumer protection laws still apply.

19. Other legal terms. If the Promoter does not enforce any of its rights under these Terms & Conditions at any time, that does not waive those rights. These Terms & Conditions are the entire agreement between the Promoter and each entrant about the Giveaway. If any provision is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it will be removed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
