Orders placed before 11AM AEST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11AM AEST will be shipped the following business day.

Depending on the shipping method you choose, DOMESTIC orders within Australia typically arrive within 2 – 6 business days.

Depending on the shipping method you choose, INTERNATIONAL orders typically arrive within 7 – 14 business days.

Orders are shipped from the Gold Coast, Australia.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for an exchange within 7 days of receipt should it meet the requirements. Please reference our Return Policy page for more details on requirements and shipment.

If you wish to exchange your item(s), please follow the return process for the unwanted item(s), and then make a new purchase for the new, desired item(s).

We try to get your order shipped as soon as possible, therefore, we are unable to cancel or alter items once your order is placed. You can always return incorrect sizes and/or colours, then re-purchase the correct items.

We do not recommend putting your swimsuit in the washer or dryer. As you do with all delicates, the colour, fit and shape are best preserved if you hand wash using minimal detergent in cold water, and lay flat to dry.
