ALT has established a fulfillment base in Texas to improve logistics for our US-based customers. All US orders are now shipped duty & tariff free! Please see our US shipping guidelines for delivery options and timeframes. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Care team.
Complimentary express shipping on orders over $150 USD.
US orders are sent from Texas, USA.
All other International orders are sent from Queensland, Australia. International orders (outside of the US) may be subject to customs duties & taxes and are not included in the order or shipping.

Returns
We are pleased to offer returns for store credit.
To be eligible, returns must be received by ALT within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original saleable condition with all tags intact, unwashed, and unworn. We do not cover the cost of postage on returns.
Personalized orders & sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns.
