Non - personalised products:
- Order by 10am AEST Mon-Fri for your order to be dispatched same day.
- We offer returns in the form of store credit for non personalised products in their original, saleable condition. To be eligible, returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery
Personalised products:
- Personalised orders require an additional 5 business days time for custom embroidery.
