You have 14 days from date of delivery to start a return.
Email hello@altswim.com to initiate. Returns are processed as store credit (gift card) and sent to you by email.
Conditions of return
Items must be returned in original, saleable condition:
- All ALT tags attached
- Polybag and hygiene seal intact
- Unworn and unwashed
- Tried on over your own underwear
- Unaltered in any way
- Personalised and embroidered items are not eligible for return
We reserve the right to decline returns that don't meet these conditions.
Sale items
All sale items, including Black Friday purchases, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items purchased with a discount code of more than 15% off are also final sale.
Personalised orders
Personalised and embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Faulty or damaged items
Email hello@altswim.com with photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll take it from there.
Return postage
Return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service. We don't reimburse return postage.
If we receive an item that isn't eligible for return, including personalised and embroidered pieces, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
Processing time
Allow up to 14 business days from when we receive your return.
