Priority Order: same-day embroidery + AusPost Express
Same-day embroidery and dispatch for your whole order, plus AusPost Express shipping. Order before 12pm AEST on a weekday for same business day dispatch. Priority Orders placed after the cutoff or on a weekend are embroidered and dispatched the next business day. Pre-order pieces are not eligible for Priority Order.
Order Processing
- Before 12pm AEST on weekdays: same-day dispatch
- After 12pm AEST on weekdays: dispatched the next business day
- Weekends: dispatched the following Monday
Cutoff times apply to non-personalised orders. For personalised orders, see Personalisation. Dispatch times may extend during peak sale periods.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are typically mid-production at the time of purchase. Your estimated wait time is shown on the product page. Pre-orders are dispatched as soon as production is complete.
Cancellations and Modifications
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once processing has begun.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, it is your responsibility. If a package goes missing before then, or you're worried about a delivery, email hello@altswim.com and we'll take it from there.
