1. The Promoter This giveaway is run by Alt Swim Pty Ltd (ACN 676 950 306), of 2B/11 Commercial Drive, Ashmore QLD 4214, Australia ("the Promoter," "ALT," "we," "us"). By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. The Prize One (1) winner will receive a $1,500 USD ALT digital gift card. The gift card will be issued by email to the address provided at entry and is valid for [12 months] from the date of issue. The gift card can be redeemed at altswim.com on any in-stock item, including personalised pieces, but cannot be combined with other promotional discount codes. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

3. Eligibility The giveaway is open to residents of Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada aged 18 years or older at the time of entry (19 or older where required by local law). Employees, contractors, and immediate family members (spouse, partner, parents, siblings, children, and members of the same household) of Alt Swim Pty Ltd are not eligible to enter. The giveaway is void where prohibited by law. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

4. Entry Period Entries open at 9:00am AEST on [Wednesday, 20 May 2026] and close at 11:59pm AEST on [Friday, 29 May 2026]. Entries received outside this period will not be valid.

5. How to Enter To submit a valid entry, participants must complete all three of the following steps during the entry period:

a. Follow @altswim on Instagram

b. Tag a friend in the official La Sposa giveaway post on the @altswim Instagram feed

c. Submit an email address via the landing page linked in @altswim's Instagram bio

Failure to complete all three steps will render an entry invalid. Multiple tags in the comments are welcome but do not constitute additional entries. Tags of @altswim, brand accounts, or the same friend more than once do not count. Self-tagging is not permitted.

6. Email Entry Requirement Submission of an email address via the landing page is a mandatory condition of entry. Instagram actions alone do not constitute a valid entry. Marketing opt-in is optional and is not required to enter or to win.

7. Winner Selection One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within five (5) business days of the entry period closing. The draw will be conducted by an authorised representative of the Promoter using a verified random selection tool.

8. Winner Notification The winner will be announced via @altswim Instagram Stories and contacted directly via the email address provided at entry. By entering, participants consent to their Instagram handle and first name being shared publicly if they are selected as the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or does not claim the prize within seven (7) days of initial notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw. A maximum of two (2) redraws will be conducted, after which the prize will be forfeited.

9. Verification & Disqualification The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, uses fraudulent or automated means to enter, operates multiple or fake accounts, breaches Instagram's terms of use, or otherwise acts in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. If an entrant unfollows @altswim or removes their tag before the draw is conducted, their entry will be deemed invalid.

10. Privacy Personal information collected through this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and our Privacy Policy, available at [altswim.com/pages/privacy-policy]. Information collected will be used to administer the giveaway and, where consent has been given, to send marketing communications. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing at any time. We do not sell personal information to third parties. Personal data will be retained only for as long as is necessary for the purposes outlined above.

11. Content & Publicity By entering, participants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to repost or share their public Instagram content related to this giveaway (including tagged comments and entry posts) across ALT's marketing channels, with attribution to the original account.

12. Instagram Disclaimer This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, participants release Instagram and Meta from any liability in connection with this promotion.

13. Liability To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the giveaway, technical failures affecting entry (including landing page outages, Instagram service disruptions, or delivery failures), or the use or enjoyment of the prize. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights the participant has under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent legislation in their place of residence.

14. Taxes The winner is responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges that may apply to the receipt or use of the prize in their jurisdiction.

Canadian residents: In accordance with Canadian contest law, any Canadian resident selected as the winner must correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Promoter before the prize will be awarded. Failure to answer correctly will result in forfeiture of the prize and a redraw in accordance with clause 8.

United States residents: As the prize value exceeds USD $600, if the winner is a US resident the Promoter will require a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is issued, and will report the prize value to the Internal Revenue Service via Form 1099-MISC. The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes arising from receipt of the prize.

United Kingdom residents: This promotion is a free prize draw and is administered in accordance with the UK Advertising Standards Authority's CAP Code.

16. General The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, subject to any applicable laws and the directions of any relevant regulatory authority. The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to the giveaway is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any dispute arising in connection with the giveaway will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
