How long do bridal orders take to deliver
Personalized bridal orders can take up to an extra 14 days processing time. Once completed they are sent out as per our normal delivery schedule. For more information see our Shipping Policy.
Do you offer discounts for Bachelorette groups?
For bachelorette parties of 5 or more people we offer a 20% discount. Please contact info@altswim and we will be happy to help.
Can you organize a rush order?
While we cannot guarantee expedited processing time for personalized orders, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@altswim.com with your order number and our embroidery team will make every effort to accomodate your request.
How do I get help with sizing?
If you are uncertain about your size or fall between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size as our bottoms and suits tend to run slightly smaller. For additional sizing guidance please see our size chart or contact us at info@altswim.com.
Can I return a personalized piece?
