Everything in our store has been produced to the highest standards. Unfortunately we do not refund/exchange items that have been personalised unless the item is faulty. If you need to return an item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist.
If you believe the item you have purchased is faulty, please email us at email@example.com with photos of the fault. Should we deem this is also the case, we will gladly issue you with an exchange or refund of your choice.
