Domestic Shipping Rates (within Australia)

Standard Shipping is $7.

Express Shipping is $10.

All orders are shipped via AUSPOST Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Express orders that are placed Monday – Friday after 12PM Australian Eastern Time (AEST) will be processed the following business day. Express orders placed Saturday – Sunday will be processed Monday. Orders are not available for P.O. Box addresses.

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Once processed, you should receive your order within 2-7 business days. Please note orders are not shipped with signature required. ALT SWIM is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that note delivery confirmation to the correct shipping address. ALT SWIM is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. ALT SWIM is not responsible in the event of any delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

If you wish to do an exchange, you can return your previous order, and place a new order online.

International EXPRESS Shipping Rates $20 AUD.

Express DHL Worldwide orders should arrive in approximately 3-6 business days.

Standard Worldwide orders should arrive in approximately 7-14 business days.

ALT SWIM does not hold responsibility for customs clearance fees in your country. We also do not take responsibility for holding times of packages by your country's customs. Please become familiarised with your countries standard regulations and policies as duty payments maybe needed in order to release your order.

Please note: If you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the package, you will not be refunded for your order.

Please note We CANNOT ship to PO BOXES, all International Express packages must be signed upon delivery. Therefore packages cannot be left unattended in your letterbox or at your door. Please also note once dispatched we are unable to change or re-direct your shipment. This is why it is important to check that all details are correct before proceeding to check out.

The Basics

Here at ALT Swim, we happily offer exchange or store credit if you wish to return an item. We pride ourselves on the fit and fabric of our swimwear, and want you to feel amazing in your pieces. If you’re unsure of what size to buy, please refer to our size guide or email us with any questions at info@altswim.com so we can help you find the perfect fit. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind purchases.


Our Returns Policy

We will honour your request for a return if a claim is made within 7 days of you receiving your order. For an exchange or store credit to be issued, the product must be received back into our warehouse within 31 days of receipt. Any item(s) you wish to return must be in their original condition, with all ALT tags, polybags and hygiene seals intact. Items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed. At ALT, we reserve the right to deny an exchange or store credit if the item(s) returns are not in their original condition or don’t meet our quality standards.


What If My Order Is Faulty?

At ALT, we meticulously quality-check every item before sending it out to you. However, if you believe the item you’ve received is faulty, please email info@altswim.com with photos of the fault so that we can assist you as quickly as possible. If we deem the item faulty, we’ll gladly issue your choice of either an exchange or refund. Just a heads up, any faults must be claimed with ALT within 10 days of your purchase.


What About Sale Items?

All sale items or when purchased with a Discount Code of above 15% (and personalized items) are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return or exchange without exception. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

To request a return authorization, email info@altswim.com with your order number and reason for return. You will be contacted by customer service within 24 hours, Monday – Friday. Our representatives are available Monday – Friday between 10AM – 6PM AEST. (Holidays excluded).

  • To make a return, please contact info@altswim.com.
  • When making a return, we require that you send the tracking number, order number, and reason for return to info@altswim.com. ALT SWIM will not be responsible for any packages shipped by the customer using another shipping service. In the event the package is lost, the customer will be responsible for tracking and routing the package back to ALT SWIM and getting it to our warehouse within the time period allotted for a return to be accepted. Please keep tracking number on record until the return confirmation email is received.
  • Returns must be received within 21 days for an exchange. Any return received after the 21-day period will be returned to sender.
  • Returns can take up to 3 days after delivery for our e-commerce warehouse to process. Once we receive your return and confirm its condition is acceptable, we will process your exchange within 5 business days. Please note we reserve the right to reject returns on damaged goods that do not pass inspection upon receiving at our warehouse. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. ALT SWIM cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
